• Does not act as an assessor, certifier, regulator, or representative of any authority

Use of the Platform does not guarantee any assessment, certification, registration, or employment outcome.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

You must:

• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and current information when using the Platform
• Keep any account credentials secure and confidential

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree that you will:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
• Review, edit, and verify all generated content before use or submission
• Ensure all submitted content reflects your own genuine experience and qualifications
• Comply with applicable competency standards, assessment rules, and professional codes of conduct

You must not rely solely on AI-generated outputs.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform to:

• Fabricate, falsify, exaggerate, or misrepresent experience, skills, or qualifications
• Submit content you cannot substantiate if audited or reviewed
• Mislead assessing bodies, employers, or regulators
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Engage in unlawful, deceptive, or unethical conduct
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Platform or its systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

• Content is generated using automated and probabilistic systems
• Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Content is not independently verified for compliance or correctness

You remain solely responsible for all use and submission of generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, and underlying systems, are owned by or licensed to us.

You retain ownership of the information you input. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use generated content for your personal or internal professional use.

You must not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise Platform content except as permitted.

8. No Affiliation or Endorsement

The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or approved by any professional body, regulator, licensing authority, or educational institution unless expressly stated.

9. Fees and Access (If Applicable)

Access to certain features may require payment. Fees, billing terms, and refund policies (if any) will be disclosed prior to purchase.

Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising out of or in connection with:

• Reliance on generated or platform-assisted content
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for purpose, availability, or compliance with any standard or requirement.

12. Privacy

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how personal information is collected, used, and stored.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or limitations of liability.
